Hi, I’m Annie, your local dietitian providing holistic, evidence-based nutrition care.

I’m a dietitian who takes a holistic, person-centred approach to nutrition, supporting people across a wide range of health needs to feel their best through food. I currently work part-time at Lismore Base Hospital, where I continue to build my skills in medical nutrition therapy alongside my private practice work.

I believe good nutrition is about more than just nutrients or numbers, it’s about understanding the whole person. I consider your health, lifestyle, preferences, routines and challenges, so nutrition advice feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.

My approach is simple and practical, focusing on small, meaningful changes that fit into everyday life. My goal is to empower you with clear knowledge and practical tools, so food supports your health rather than becoming a source of stress or confusion.

Before becoming a dietitian, I spent 10 years working as a chef. This background shaped my love for food and gave me a strong appreciation for how meals bring comfort, connection and enjoyment.

My experience as a chef allows me to bridge the gap between nutrition advice and real-life food preparation. Where helpful, I incorporate practical strategies and hands-on guidance during reviews.
