Hi, I'm Annie, Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Passion for Healthy Aging.
Hey, I’m Annie, I'm thrilled you're here.
I’m a dietitian passionate about helping people stay strong, independent, through the power of nutrition. I currently work part time clinically at Lismore Base Hospital, building my expertise in medical nutrition therapy. I also have a passion for healthy aging—supporting people to maintain their mobility, strength, and quality of life.
I take a simple, practical approach to nutrition—one that’s easy to understand and fits into your everyday routine. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make food work for your health, not against it.
Before becoming a dietitian, I spent 10 years working as a chef, which shaped my love for food and deepened my understanding of how it brings people together.
My background as a chef gives me a unique perspective on food preparation, where practical skills can make a real difference to health and wellbeing. I bring this into my work by including food fortification sessions as part of an extended review, helping clients feel confident in nourishing themselves at home. For example, I might demonstrate how to mix AdVital into mashed potato or breakfast cereal to boost nutritional value in a simple, approachable way.
Let’s work together to keep you feeling your best—strong, independent, and thriving at home!
About our services
Dietitians help older adults optimise nutrition to prevent malnutrition and manage chronic conditions, allowing them to remain at home longer. By offering practical solutions like food fortification and supplement guidance, dietitians improve meal quality. This support empowers individuals to make better food choices, enhancing health and independence in home care settings.
Home Visits..
We offer personalised dietetic services tailored to meet the nutritional needs of people receiving aged care packages. Through home visits, you’ll receive practical nutrition advice and support—all in the comfort of your own home. To make things simple, bookings start with a quick online form, followed by a friendly phone call to arrange a time that suits you.
Aged Care..
We offer day visits to aged care facilities, providing evidence-based nutrition care tailored to the needs of older adults. Our dietitians work closely with residents, staff, and families to support healthy ageing—managing malnutrition, chronic conditions, swallowing difficulties, weight changes, and dementia-related nutrition needs. Whether you're seeking support for individual residents or facility-wide services, we're here to help. Please email to enquire about booking a day visit.
I offer extended reviews where we practice food fortification using everyday foods like mashed potato and cereals, helping clients build the confidence to continue these skills at home.
